The taste is not so common for a birthday cake. It is customary to make a wedding cake too. If you are on your birthday cake, as you would in a wedding cake, then sure, ask for a tasting and also ask, based on taste. As a baker, I would not spend $ 20 for a cake tasting for $ 75 to bake, and many others, I know it will not.

Note that the thin cake base food for a different taste, a ball of fondant directly from the container. It is mixed with bitumen down after the cake was for a while.

Even if you decide not to use fondant, keep in mind that styles can not be without him ... only to check to see what cakewrecks MEAn D

I'm sure if you ask your baker, a random try to make it more than you. Fondant is incredibly sweet and can with vanilla, chocolate, marshmallow and other flavors and colors of pasta flavored seasoning. Ask your baker if they based their own or purchase. Most people use a commercial basis by Satin Ice. I like called Massa with fondant, I'll buy Albert Uster Imports. Good luck!

I worked in several bakeries before the question of whether to allow the flavor. Its flavor is not unpleasant, because the type of candy. His Theres simply too sweet, not much flavor.

A bakery, or because you want your business! Some do not do it because it can not be an issue with many more available for sampling, because there are some that are always taken in cool Melters. Just ask good =]
